Collecting feedback is the easy part. This routine makes sure it leads somewhere.
Every week (20 minutes)
- Check the headline. Is the happy-customer score up or down compared with last week?
- Read the insights. Look at the weakest hours, the top reason for bad ratings, and the lowest location or spot.
- Pick one action. Not five. One clear change with an owner and a date.
- Read ten comments. They often explain what the numbers cannot.
- Check last week's action. Did the score improve for that spot after the fix?
Every month
- Share a one-page summary with the team: what improved, what is next.
- Recognise the happiest location or shift.
- Review the questions and quick reasons. Remove ones nobody picks.
Tips
- Small fixes first. A sign, a cleaning round or an extra person at peak time often moves the score fastest.
- Tell customers. "You asked, we did" notices encourage more feedback.
- Do not chase 100%. Aim for steady improvement and a clear target for each workspace.
Checklist
- Weekly review in the calendar
- Owner named for each location
- One action per week, tracked to done
- Monthly summary shared with the team
